Cancellation Policy
High season 25/03-31/10/2018 Upon and for Reservation a valid credit card is required (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DINERS, AMEX, UNION PAY) which will be charged the amount of the 1st night per room to guarantee the reservation. Please note that payments with credit cards require the card-holder's presence and the credit card must be presented at the hotel upon arrival. The remaining amount will be settled upon arrival at the hotel. Changes in reservations are accepted no later than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. After that date, the reservation can not be amended or modified. Cancelations that may occur no later than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are accepted without cancelation fees with refund of the amount of 1st night stay per canceled room (minus all bank charges). In case of cancellation after this date, the amount of the 1st nights stay per room canceled will be held as cancelation fees in each case. In case of non-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged and held as cancellation fees in all cases with the rooms being released from the system. Upon arrival and during the stay, please note that the reservation is non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable in all cases. Children Policy
Children Policy: Baby-cots can be available upon request (one baby cot available per room), for children up to 2 years old free of charge. Children above 2 years old are considered as extra person in the room and they must be accommodated in the correct type of room based on the number of people staying in that room.

• CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in after 2 PM | Check-out by 11 AM For an early check in, we’ll gladly store your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move in. In case of need for late check out (half day use of room up until 16.30 latest), for one or more rooms, i.e. further to 11.00am and up until latest 16.30, there will be an additional charge of 50% of the room’s rate. Further to this time, i.e. 16.30 onwards the system takes an automatic charge equal to the full amount of the room’s rate. It's convenient for us when we arrive at the airport and want a night's rest before heading to Piraeus for the ferry, with the possibility of a swim in a beautiful pool. This time we stayed in a lovely room, but the traffic noise was very loud, so I would advise choosing a room away from the road side of the hotel. The breakfasts are not bad, but real orange juice would be nice! | 5 |

Who needs a radio console from the 60s next to his/her bed these days! I only need a plug for my smartphone. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi connection was good! Other that that, the staff was very friendly and polite, and the location is excellent! Finally, I would prefer a more traditional Greek breakfast, rather than the traditional American-like buffet. | 4 |
